Manually mapping and characterising the morphology of cold-water coral mounds is very time-consuming. This is why we developed the CoMMa Toolbox. This ArcPro toolbox allows you to semi-automatically map and characterise cold-water coral mounds quickly, consistently and robustly. This tool is open access and the outputs can be used to understand and predict what drives the distribution of cold-water corals and their associated species. It also allows you understand mound formation at current and geological time scales.
